Key Concepts:

1. Achieve desired occlusion with MMF after bilateral condylectomy performed (See OMFS 401 Part 5 or Full Length OMFS 401 Video).  Then redrape sterilely.
2. Glenoid Fossa component is introduced but do not manipulate by the plastic component.  Only grab the titanium portion.
3. Glenoid fossa segments needs at least 3 screws
4. Introduce condylar fossa segment through Risdon incision.
5. Place several screws using preplanned screw holes that were placed drilling using the cutting guide. Do NOT tighten the screws all the way yet.
6. Place bone clamp to push the prosthesis tightly against the bone.  Place additional screws.
7. Once most of the screws are already in with the bone clamp in place, tighten down all the screws.  If tighten all the way first, rest of the screws will not fit!
8. Drill rest of the screw holes that were not drilled previously.
