Great demonstration.
I have a query regarding the zygomatic bone fracture. The second fracture line, located below the frontozygomatic (FZ) # region, was accessed via the pre-existing laceration. In the absence of such a laceration, a lateral brow approach may not provide adequate access to that area.
In such cases, what would you recommend as the preferred surgical approach to access this fracture site before connecting it with the intraoral approach?

In that case, you can perform lateral brow approach. In most cases, there is no laceration present so lateral brow incision can be made along the inferior border of eyebrow.
